Our process and roles
1. You contact us
Speak to our friendly team and figure out if we can help. We will answer your questions and give you some rough ideas.

2. Move forward
If you want to move forward, we complete a detailed and in depth fact find. In order for us to help in detail then we will need to see your documents.
John heads up our advisers team.
Once you have provided us with all the documentation we need, we perform detailed research with all the facts so we can be as certain as possible that we can get you the best deal. We will then present and discuss the best deal with you.
Andy heads up our research team.
If you are happy, you are assigned an account manager and they submit the application on your behalf including sending all supporting documents to the lender. The account manager liaises with the lender and relevant parties. They will keep you updated with progress.

Completion of purchase.
Completion of re-mortgage.
Completion of product transfer.
6. Stay in touch
Our job doesn’t end with helping you get a mortgage. We like to keep in touch and take the worry out of having to remember when your mortgage deal ends. We can help you plan for the future and are here for you whenever you need us.
Our fee structure
Our charges are based on the type of finance you require. We will always provide you with a free initial consultation and we will always explain exactly what you will be charged before you choose to proceed with an application.
Our fees apply to all regulated mortgages including consumer buy to let’s. Certain mortgages, primarily commercial mortgages, buy to let, holiday let, HMO and bridging, are not regulated. Fees for non-regulated mortgages can vary depending on your requirements and circumstances.
The client fee doesn’t merely cover the administration of your loan application. It also covers our extensive research, our in-depth knowledge of the market, the independent mortgage advice you receive from us, our updates/communication with any related parties (solicitors/estate agents/accountants) and the ongoing service that we provide.
Keeping you updated every step of the way
If you’re applying for a mortgage, finding the right deal is only the first step. It can take a while for your mortgage to reach completion. That’s where having your own dedicated consultant comes in.
They will liaise with your lender, solicitor and surveyor and manage the process right through to getting a satisfactory offer. They’ll chase up references, instruct your survey and be the central point of contact for your mortgage application, keeping you updated every step of the way.
