Understanding how to make an offer when buying a house is pretty helpful if you haven’t done it before or if you don’t buy and sell properties on a regular basis. Having said that I’ve met lots of property investors who don’t have a strategy when making an offer.

Understanding the dynamics, who the decision makers are, how to present your offer, the importance of listening and of course who to speak to when making your offer, are all critical elements of understanding how best to make an offer when you are buying a house.

The next step is, of course, the negotiation. To be honest both are interlinked but in many ways should be thought of as separately and a process you naturally go through from making the offer to then how you negotiate!  If you want to learn more about how to negotiate a house purchase, CLICK HERE.
